At the Bank of Ohio County we understand how important convenience is, this is why we have made our Consumer Loan Application and Real Estate Loan Application available online. To view these applications click on the links below. If you are applying for a real estate loan then also click on the link titled Real Estate Servicing Disclosure. When you click on the link it will bring up the application in a PDF format. If you do not have a PDF viewer you can go to  http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and download it for free. Once you have opened the application you can print it out and complete by hand or you can complete the application online and then print it out. Either way before we can process your application you must sign and return the original application to the Bank.
